After our colleagues receive the customer's order, we will prepare the joss paper package specified in the customer's order within two working days at the earliest.

We will usually send dedicated staff to burn the joss paper pack in the next 7 to 14 working days, and our staff will take jpg photos/mp4 format videos during the process.
